In 1994 RIS S.A. started the construction of a modern plant located at Pilar City, in the surroundings of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and with a constant focus on excellence and improvement, the company expands its initial protein market towards the production of animal and vegetable fats and oils to become one of the leading suppliers of fatty products in Argentina and the region.
Nowadays the plant is operated by a team of more than 200 people who are selected by their skills and professionalism. Organized in different departments as Process & Production Engineering, Quality Control, Human Resources, Maintenance, Logistics & Administration, organically compose a single large group and devote all its effort to a dynamic project of continuous improvement every day.
